Simchat Torah (Rejoicing with the Torah) marks the end of the annual cycle of weekly Torah readings and the beginning of the new cycle. It is a joyous holiday that celebrates the Jewish love of Torah and study. Desert Outreach Synagogue’s Simchat Torah Celebration Schedule of Events:
9:45AM to 10:45 classes meet in the community room
10:45AM to 11am snack and Jewish folk tales
11:00AM to noon We meet in the sanctuary for our community Simchat Torah celebration and Prayer service.
